The company announced that it had been ordered to restrict foreign nationals from accessing Fable 5 and the related Mythos 5 model, forcing it to disable both systems for customers worldwide. “The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance,” Anthropic said in a statement.
